Answering Service for Plumbers, electricians and other tradesmen

Beserved provide a round the clock answering service for many tradesmen, including plumbers, electricians, builders and decorators. If you are with a customer, in the roof space, under a sink or up a pole you most likely do not want to be disturbed, but an answering phone message does not always satisfy clients. Often the person calling will simply call another tradesman. Experience shows us that the clients of tradesmen are far more likely to leave a message if answered by a live answering service

Your messages can be forwarded to you as soon as the call is terminated, messages can be delivered to you by SMS or email, if you expect a very important call you can request this call be  "patched" through directly to your phone wherever you might be.

We also offer a diary service with which we can diarise new and amend existing appointments, you can either take advantage of our in-house shared diary service or we can input appointments directly into your own diary system.
