Answering Service for Driving Schools and Instructors

Beserved provide a round the clock answering service for a number of driving schools and instructors. If you are with a customer on a driving lesson then its unlikely you will be (legally) able to answer your mobile telephone, but an answering phone message does not always satisfy clients. Experience shows us that the clients of driving instructors are far more likely to leave a message if answered by a live answering service

Your messages can be forwarded to you as soon as the call is terminated, messages can be delivered to you by SMS or email, if you expect a very important call you can request this call can (at your own risk!), be  "patched" through directly to your phone wherever you might be.

We also offer a diary service with which we can diarise new and amend existing appointments, you can either take advantage of our in-house shared diary service or we can input appointments directly into your own diary system.
