A little bit about us

BeServed is a family owned business with family values, we treasure our staff and customers and support them at all times. BeServed provides a 24/7 service from purpose built offices located in East Anglia - equidistant from Norwich, Ipswich and Cambridge.

BeServed started trading in 2006 with a desire to make use of our many years combined experience of customer service and telecoms in order to make a positive impact on our clients businesses and to also uplift the "customer experience" of our clients customers.

The business was started by Beverley Warmington-Smith who previously worked for a very large telecommunications company for over 26 years in various roles from telephone operator and customer support manager, as well as desk and field based sales.

Finally, after 2 years, Darren joined the family business adding his knowledge and technical expertise of the IT, Software & telecoms businesses.

With masses of technology, and no clients, BeServed launched into the marketplace. Within just 3 months we were already on the move as larger premises were required.

We are passionate about good customer service as it is key for all companies, regardless of their line of business, so our people are hand picked to provide the high level of customer satisfaction required by our customers. We ensure all calls are answered by professional and highly trained people because we understand how important your calls are to your business. That's why we take such care with them.

BeServed spend time with all prospective clients finding out exactly what their requirements are to gain an insight into the number of calls they are likely to receive and the nature of those calls. It is only at this stage BeServed are able to quote the right package which will be flexible, competitive and cost effective.
